ABOUT LEAH

Leah Bonnema is a multi-hyphenate comedian, writer, actor, and popular podcast host who’s been seen on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Don’t Tell Comedy, and more.

As a nationally headlining comedian, she’s had the honor of performing for our troops overseas, touring with Lizz Winstead’s Lady Parts Justice and has been featured at the International Glasgow Comedy Festival, the Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, the Women in Comedy Festival, and at The Kennedy Center during the District of Comedy Festival. She’s performed stand-up on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Don’t Tell Comedy, Gotham Comedy Live, Comedy KnockOut, and Chris Gethard Presents.

As a writer and actor, Leah wrote and starred in Solving Leah, a comedic detective series ( produced with Frankenmel Films); the series was an *Official Selection* of The New York Television Festival and The Portland Film Festival. Leah also costarred, cowrote and coproduced The Dawns, a short that was an *Official Selection* of the Broad Humor Film Fest, The Austin Comedy Film Festival, and The Oregon Short Film Festival.

As an author, Leah recently published a rom-com novel, The Holiday Breakdown, which received a shout out on Katie Couric’s website; the novel is available in paperback and a new audiobook narrated by the author. Leah also recently directed My Catholic Guilt, which was nominated for *Best New Media* at the Conquering Disability with Film Festival. She is cohost of the top-rated podcast Were You Raised by Wolves, an Apple Spotlight pick, and has appeared multiple times on The Tamron Hall Show as an engaging etiquette expert.

Leah currently lives in Los Angeles with her fiance and their two perfect dogs, Lacey Jane and Greta Mae.
